Why has my order been canceled?

Orders can be canceled for reasons related to inclement weather, store issues or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.


Don't worry! We won't charge your card until you pick up your order! You might see a temporary authorization hold on your account, but this will be removed within 3-5 business days after your order is canceled.


What is an authorization hold?


  • Your financial institution authorized the payment and placed a hold on your account at the time you placed your order.
  • This authorization hold temporarily decreases your available funds.
  • If your order is canceled, the hold will expire in accordance to the timeframe set by your financial institution, usually within 3-5 business days.
