Unrecognized Charges or Orders

We recommend immediately resetting your account password if you received notification from on an order you did not place or authorize.

Do you see unauthorized charges on your credit or debit card?

  • Please contact your credit card company or bank to alert them of unauthorized use and dispute any charges. Your credit card issuer is the best avenue to recover unauthorized charges and protect your account.
  • If your account was used without your authorization, please reset your account password Opens in new window and delete any saved payment information. If you have the same login information for accounts outside of, we recommend changing your passwords at these sites as well.
