Your Order is Missing Items

Are Items or Parts Missing From Your Order?


If your order is not split into multiple shipments, check out these steps to request a replacement online.

  1. Sign in to Your Account Opens in new window located in the top right corner on Walmart.com
  2. Locate the order under My Account
  3. Once you locate the order, select See Details
  4. Select Start a Return
  5. Check the item(s) to be returned
    1. Select the reason Missing Parts
    2. Select Replacement
    3. Select Continue, review the details and select Continue again
    4. Once you have reviewed the return information, select Finish
    5. Select Print Return Label button
  6. Box up all accessories that came with the item in the original packaging
  7. Remove or black out any existing labels or barcodes on the box that you're returning and attach the new label
  8. Bring your package to a FedEx Office or a USPS office
  • We recommend that you insure each item before you ship it. Walmart cannot replace or provide credit for items lost during shipping.
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Once we've processed your return, we'll refund your original method of payment, or send you a replacement.
  • We'll do our best to honor any requests to replace a returned item; however, if that item is out of stock at the time we receive your return, we'll issue you a refund instead.
