Your Order is Missing Items


Missing items or parts?

Order not split into multiple shipments, check out these steps to request a replacement online.

  1. Sign into Your Account located in the top right corner on
  2. Enter your username and password
  3. Locate the order under Recent Orders or click See all previous orders
  4. Once you locate the order click on See Details
  5. Click the Start a Return button
  6. Select Return by Mail and click Continue 
    1. Make sure the box next to the item is checked
    2. Select the reason Missing Parts
    3. Click Continue
    4. Select Send me a replacement for this item
    5. Click Continue
    6. Click the Print Label button in the upper right hand corner
  7. Box up all accessories that came with the item in the original packaging
  8. Remove or black out any existing labels or barcodes on the box that you're returning and attach the new label
  9. Bring your package to a FedEx Office or a USPS office
  • We recommend that you insure each item before you ship it. Walmart cannot replace or provide credit for items lost during shipping.
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Once we've processed your return, we'll refund your original method of payment, or send you a replacement.
  • We'll do our best to honor any requests to replace a returned item;however, if that item is out of stock at the time we receive your return, we'll issue you a refund instead.
